TREKKING(Monsoon trek from June till September) Year round-  A wonderful experience.

 Koodlu theertha,  a beautiful water falls in the agumbe ranges, Cascading from the height of 200+ feet, source of River Sita. It is worth seeing this beautiful place after a moderate hike of 6 1/2 hours both ways.

Anyway this trek can be done year round.

  After White water rafting trip on River Sita, next day one should start the trek to enjoy the Koodlu Theertha falls.

The entire section will be infested with leeches during Monsoon(june-september), hence who are scared of leeches could be well equipped with tobacco, and neem oil. Anyway the people who don’t want to deal with the leeches will miss the beauty of nature at its best, which has got its own charm, exclusively during monsoon that cannot be expressed in words.
