We use top quality Hyside and Gumotex brand rafts, the official raft brand used in European whitewater rafting championships. Our fleet of rafts is maintained to the highest standards and all of our rafts are self-bailing, highly maneuverable and designed to give you the best ride possible.

Your safety is our priority. We use only approved Type-V life jackets, quality helmets, and equip each trip with a medical kit to ensure your trip is enjoyable and safe. Our guides are certified in CPR and Wilderness First Aid,in addition to advanced medical and swift water rescue training.

PACKAGE 1:This 2 day package includes both rafting and trekking to Kudlutheertha- water falls and accommodation with food (One breakfast, two lunch and one dinner with evening biscuits & tea)-Starts from INR 4750/-.

PACKAGE 2: This overnight package includes rafting  and accommodation with food (One breakfast, one lunch and one dinner with evening biscuits & tea)-Starts from INR 3750/-.

What if it Rains?
All trips run rain or shine.... after all, you will be wet all day anyhow.

How Many Do I Need To Make a Reservation?
If we already have a trip scheduled you can come with as many or as few as you wish. If a trip is not already scheduled for the day or section you wish to raft, we ask that you have a minimum group size of 6. Who Can Raft? How Old Do I Have To Be?
Just about anybody can go rafting with us whether a swimmer or a non-swimmer, we will take care. Our River trips have a minimum age of 10 and our eldest participant till date being 70+. We ask that all paddlers be in reasonably good physical condition.

How Long Is The Trip?
See individual trip descriptions for approximate trip times. Varying water conditions and other factors beyond our control can make these times run either slightly longer or shorter.

What Should I Wear?
Remember: DO NOT wear cotton (and woman no sarees please). We recommend polyester or other synthetic fiber materials which stay warm when wet, a simple shorts, t-shirt. Please remember to wear secured footwear, old tennis shoes or sandals work great.

Where can I stay?
One can stay in the dormitory or tents with basic facilities for shower and toilet. Staying itself is an incredible experience in the heart of Someshwara wild life sanctuary in the Sitanadi Nature Camp, during monsoon it is best.

Train travel :-

From Bangalore to Sitanadi Nature camp : From Bangalore City to Shimoga: 23:00 Hrs Departure by Bangalore. 04:50 Hrs Arrival at Shimoga Railway Station.

From Shimoga to Bangalore City: 22:00 Hrs Departure by Shimoga Town-Bangalore Express to Bangalore.

From Shimoga Sitanadi Nature camp is around 2 to 3Hrs of Road Travel for which cabs can be organized by ADRENO at actuals (round trip would be economical).

Road Travel :-

To Sitanadi Nature camp, Hebri:

Bangalore(NH-4) >> Tumkur(NH-206) >> Tiptur(NH-206) >> Kadur(NH-206) >> Tarikere(NH-206) >> Bhadravati(take Bye-pass to left (NH-06) >> Shimoga >> Take Shimoga-Mangalore Highway to Thirthahalli >> Agumbe(Take a right to Hebri) >> Once you descend the Agumbe Ghats proceed Straight towards Hebri through Someshwara.

KSRTC Rajahamsa >> Bangalore to Agumbe (22:00 Departure—06:15 arrival).

Agumbe to Bangalore (20:00 Departure—05:00 arrival)

From Agumbe take any private mini bus (every 10-15minutes from 6:00 am till 8:00 pm) passing via Hebri and mention Sitanadi.

Durgamba or Rajahamsa >> Bangalore to Hebri (return as well). They run A/c Sleeper & Deluxe buses daily.

 
NOTE:-
  • The Karnataka Forest Department charges a vehicle entry fee, which is not included in our prices stated above.
  • Rafting launch times can only be confirmed the day prior to your stay.
  • Non-Veg options will be served on request only and at actual cost.
  • Please do not expect luxury as it is adventure activity-based camp.
  • Booking will be confirmed only on full prior payment.
  • No refund in case of cancellation.
  • Postponement of programme dates are allowed on payment of extra postponement charges and it has to be done 6 days prior to the orginally confirmed programme dates,no postponement is allowed after these dates.
